Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.
Estimated Delivery Times

Ontario & Quebec: 1–2 business days after shipment

All other Canadian provinces and territories: 1–5 business days after shipment
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Methods
We ship using insured courier services, including FedEx and other trusted carriers. All shipments include tracking and insurance coverage while in transit.
Signature Requirement
For security purposes, all orders are shipped with Direct Signature Confirmation required upon delivery.
Hold for Pickup – Secure Delivery
To protect high-value merchandise, orders with a value of $5,000 CAD or greater, or orders identified as requiring enhanced security measures, may be shipped to a FedEx Hold for Pickup location or designated carrier facility at our discretion.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout — including deliveries confirmed by signature or verified pickup — responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Raffi Jewellers is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Risk of Loss
All shipments are insured while in transit. Upon confirmed delivery by the carrier, including signature confirmation or pickup confirmation, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if there are concerns regarding damage, loss, or missing items so that a carrier investigation may be initiated. Failure to notify within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
Shipping Delays
Raffi Jewellers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
