The DiaStar Original carries forward the 1962 design that made Rado the pioneer of scratch-resistant watches, here in a compact 30mm yellow gold-coloured PVD-coated stainless steel case with the signature oval silhouette, crowned by a matching Ceramos™ bezel and a facetted sapphire crystal. The black dial features set hour indexes, yellow gold-coloured hands, a date window at 6 o'clock and the iconic moving anchor. Powered by the Rado calibre R586 automatic movement with a Nivachron™ hairspring and a 48-hour power reserve, it is water resistant to 100m and finished on a yellow gold-coloured PVD stainless steel bracelet with a three-fold clasp.
